There May Be Something There..

I'm starting to get my mojo back baby, yee-ah! 8D

well, really, I'm starting to finally get inspired to do art again (could it be with the decision to go back to college, maybe?)
But I digress... my sister and I got to spend some time together today, which we haven't been able to lately due to conflicting work scheduales, and we decided to watch a Disney movie
well.... since somebody went and got a certain movie's song list stuck in my head today at work, I recomended Beauty and the Beast
and you know what?
I still LOVE that movie
so I was inspired to work with my new watercolor field pack, and work on my lighting/shading
not perfect, I know, but a FAR cry from my previous attempts
the scanning didn't work out so great, though.... and you can tell with the "fuzzy" areas, that I wasn't patient enough to let this dry all the way before closing the sketchbook and then scanning not to long afterwards
so yeah, here's the Beast, in all his fluffiness
